Functional Description |
The applications provide: state-wide file clearance, identification of new clients and groups (case and client Ids), registration and tracking of program applications and referrals, automated assignment/ reassignment of cases, financial eligibility determination, benefit authorization, benefit issuance, and reporting for federal and state, fiscal, program management, caseload management, statistical and trends. |

Requirement definitions are complete and design specifications are underway. Primary goals are to combine/migrate to one mainframe and provide a common-look-and-feel for end users for current functionality through a web access front end. |
