Functional Description KIDS is a comprehensive case management application meeting Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information Systems requirements. The application is used as the primary source for all child welfare casework including Child Protective Services, Permanency Planning, Adoptions, ICPC, Training, Resources, etc.
