The Financial Capability Review determines whether the grantee's finances are adequate to carry out the tasks defined in the grant. The grantor typically obtains the type and depth of financial and other information that is required to establish grantee's financial capability or condition. Financial reporting requirements differ among the agencies and by individual grant, but each grant is subject to a Financial Capability Review on at least an annual basis.
