Purpose of Workshop:

After two years of operations, to educate the primary partners on effective and efficient MSFIDM processing, and to determine MSFIDM program improvements that can be achieved within existing law and those improvements that are desirable but will require a change in State or Federal law.

DAY ONE

1:30--2:00 p.m. - Introductions and overview of MSFIDM

2:00--3:30 p.m. - What works, what doesn't work?

3:30--4:00 p.m. - Break

4:00--5:00 p.m. - What works, what doesn't work?

5:00--6:00 p.m. - Breakout Demonstrations by States

Technical Workshops on:

6:30 p.m. - Networking

DAY TWO

8:30--9:00 a.m. - Recap of Day One

9:00--10:30 a.m. - Problem Identification

Lien & Levy Processing and Affects on (for example):

10:30--11:00 a.m. - Break

11:00--12:00 p.m. - Problem Resolution

Proposed Program Improvements (for example):

12:00--1:30 p.m. - Brown bag lunch (break into groups to discuss specific issues around proposed program improvements)

1:30 p.m. - Report back from brown bag lunch sessions

2:00 p.m. - Wrap-up
