Synopsis
The site is located three miles west of Mellwood, Arkansas. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for resurfacing levee roadway and ramps with compacted gravel, roadway adjustment, turfing, and environmental protection. The time for completion is 100 calendar days. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not exceeding $17.0 million. The supplies or services to be procured under this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification Code 1611.
