Synopsis
The work consists of the construction of two bridges with precast, prestressed concrete piling and concrete deck units; cast-in-place concrete caps, and wingwalls; clearing and grubbing and the disposal of debris therefrom; excavation and disposal of material therefrom, aggregate surfacing; establishment of turf; placement and grouting of riprap and filter material; removal of culverts and installation of corrugated metal culverts with flared end sections; and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceeding years not exceeding $17.0 million. The supplies or services to be procured under this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification Code 1622.
