Event Details:
The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs' theme, "Putting Veterans First", is the reason that we conduct the annual Beaufort County Veterans Day Ceremony.  We do this in an effort to give recognition and to pay special tribute to all our veterans and our military members in uniform, who have served and continue to serve their country in war and in peacetime.  We also give honor to the memory of all those brave warriors who have given the ultimate sacrifice in defending our nation so that we may enjoy the freeedoms that we have.
