South Skunk Watershed

Description of Watershed

The total estimated area in the South Skunk Watershed is 1,179,061 acres. This watershed is located in parts of Hamilton, Webster, Boone, Hardin, Story, Marshall, Polk, Jasper, Marion, Mahaska, Keokuk, and Jefferson Counties in central and southeast Iowa.

The third resource concern for Tier II in this watershed is Wildlife Habitat.
