RE: Massachusetts Forms, Letters and Reports for Financial Institution Data Match

The Massachusetts Department of Revenue began its match of delinquent child support obligors against financial institution records in April 1995. Four years later, Massachusetts' financial institution data match operations is highly automated with:
Enclosed are samples of these forms, letters and reports to serve as examples for States to adopt to their own operation.
