Ranges and Training Lands Program 
(RTLP)

·         The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Design Guide for the Sustainable Range Program is available through the navigation menu to the left. 

    ·         If the required range type is not yet available please contact the RTLP.


Provides project planning and programming services.  Supports modernizing, equipping, operating, and maintaining ranges and training areas.  Services include land use studies, range development plans, analyses of alternatives, design, construction assistance, deployed troops support.  Provides oversight and assistance for RTLP modernization projects (both OMA and MILCON). 

Develops and maintains standard designs for automated ranges.  Also provides Force Modernization services including force structure, equipment modernization and stationing assistance.
