  SB 1050: Child Attending School Changes

Effective September 1, 2005, the laws relating to child support for a child over the age of 18 and under 21 years of age attending school will change (ORS 107.108). These changes apply to all orders for a child attending school, regardless of when your order was entered and regardless if it was previously a pre-1997 support order.

Oregon made several changes to the Child Support Guidelines referred to as OAR 137-050-0320 through OAR137-050-0490 became effective May 12, 2003. We developed training modules (in Wordperfect "Corel Presentations") for the intranet to walk users through the guideline changes.
