  Locating Missing Parents
(http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/childsupport/locating.html)
In order to establish or enforce a child support order, we must know where to find the parent responsible for support. We will use a variety of local, state and federal resources to search.

  Locating the Noncustodial Parent
(http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/childsupport/works.html#noncustodial)
CSE uses a number of databases and other resources to locate parents and their assets. This may be the most difficult and time consuming part of the process. Noncustodial parents sometimes move without notifying anyone, work off the books, don't work at all and more just so they won't have to pay child support.

Paternity
Establishing Legal Paternity For Your Child
(http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/childsupport/paternity.html)
Establishing paternity means legally determining the father of a child. If a child's parents were not married to each other when the child was born, the law does not recognize the father unless paternity is legally established. Establishing paternity will give your child the same rights and benefits as children born to married parents.
