The DCSE Customer Service Unit was implemented in conjunction with the introduction of the Automated Assistance Line (AAL) and Automated Call Distribution (ACD) System. These two technologies along with the Customer Service Unit provide enhanced service delivery to the customers of the Delaware Division of Child Support Enforcement.

Fiscal Unit is responsible for Budget preparation & monitoring, Contract preparation & administration, Purchasing, Federal reporting, Internal fiscal reports, preparation of the Division's annual federal Grant package, and the processing of fiscal documents. Along with providing assistance on Legislative issues, this Unit also handles the agency's Fleet management and Facilities administration duties.

This is the largest unit within the Division. This is where the majority of the case processing takes place. After a client completes an application, a Child Support Specialist from this Unit provides intake services and a variety of other support services as needed.
