The Child Support Amnesty Program 2005, offered only from August 1 - 13, is a tri-jurisdictional effort between the child support enforcement agencies of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Arlington County, VA. The program offers amnesty to non-custodial parents who are behind on their support payments and have not yet made arrangements to pay the current balance.
