NIPRNET JEL Users: The Joint Doctrine, Education and Training Electronic Information System (JDEIS) replaces the Joint Electronic Library (JEL) as the primary authoritative source of joint doctrine, education, training and related information.

JDEIS contains a searchable database of all approved Joint Doctrine Publications, the DOD Dictionary, and is the sole authoritative source for Universal Joint Task List (UJTL).

To access the JDEIS portal, click here.

Please Note: You will need a Common Access Card (CAC) and a workstation with CAC reader, or a DOD-approved certificate installed on your workstation to access JDEIS. We also may grant access to a limited number of users who do not have the required equipment by means of a temporary password-based access system, but this is on a very selective and temporary basis only until users can comply with DOD requirements to obtain PKI capability.
