This AT reissues the Locate Data Sheet, one of the UIFSA forms previously issued in AT-00-11. It corrects a small error regarding the use of the form in non-IV-D cases.

In 1997, the Office of State Systems (OSS) promulgated a suggested format, issued as Dear Colleague Letter DCL OSS 97-02, for electronic data exchange between State Child Support Enforcement (CSE) agencies. This format was designed to allow for synchronization between agencies of newly changed case numbers that no longer matched the originally assigned case numbers. A copy of DCL OSS 97-02 and the electronic data exchange format is enclosed for your reference.

The purpose of this letter is to provide you with a list of "Address Type 2A?s" that have been added to the existing IRG record layout. "Address Type 2A?s" have been added to support StatesA? business process requirements and to more accurately reflect the various categories of addresses used by States.
