The International and Interagency Services Program supports non-DOD Federal agencies and others on a reimbursable basis. Customers are non-DOD Federal agencies, such as the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Energy, state and local governments, Indian tribes, foreign governments, international organizations and U. S. firms overseas. SWD provides quality engineering, environmental construction management, real estate, research and development and related services to our International and Interagency Services customers.
