Click Print Icon or select the File command (Upper left corner of screen) and
select the Print option. Prints the currently-displayed screen.
E-MAILING, or SAVING to DISK
Create a list for Export:
Place check mark to select desired records clicking on box next
to each record as shown:
1 Desired Title 1
2 Desired Title 2
Save marked records by clicking the [SAVE MARKED RECORDS] button
at the bottom of screen.
If desired, continue to search and to identify more entries for export until ready
to download. Records can be added to the list by selecting or, records can be
removed from the list by marking as in step 1 then clicking the
[E-MAIL DOWNLOAD SAVED RECORDS] button.
When searching is completed and the list of records is ready for export click
the [E-MAIL DOWNLOAD SAVED RECORDS] button
found at top and bottom of screen.
Select either: Full Display
or MARC
Select one of 2 options available:
E-mail (default), or
Type in full email address, ie. X12345@usma.edu
Click gray [SUBMIT] button
When complete, the screen will display the message:
"E-Mail Sent"
Local disk (save to disk)
Select "Local Disk"
Click gray [SUBMIT] button
Enter path & file name; e.g., a:\export.doc
When complete, the screen will display the message
"Download Complete"
Complete by clicking the [CLEAR SAVED RECORDS] button
File is TEXT ONLY and can be converted to a WORD DOCUMENT.
