Finding USMA Library's Government Documents

Use the web version of the Monthly Catalog of United States Government Publications to find out if the USMA Library may have the document you want:

1. After entering the Monthly Catalog, search for your document (click on the "Helpful Hints" button for help in searching efficiently).
2. Examine the "Monthly Catalog Search Results" list.  If you see a listing for a document you are interested in, Click on the "Locate Libraries" link.
3. On the resulting GPO ACCESS FEDERAL LOCATOR SERVICES/LOCATE LIBRARIES BY STATE OR AREA CODE page, you will see a box with a short record for the document in question.  Below this, simply enter 914 (the USMA area code) in the appropriate box; then click on the SUBMIT button.
4. If any depository libraries in the 914 area are supposed to have the document, a list of them will show on the resulting page. If the USMA Library is supposed to have this document, its postal address will appear on the list.
