Preface

This National Environmental Policy Act Compliance Guide is a three-volume compendium of electronic files of laws, executive orders, regulations, policies, guidance, and other information. The NEPA Compliance Guide was prepared by the Department of Energy (DOE) to assist its NEPA practitioners.
