Ninety Six National Historic Site welcomes children (of all ages) to visit the park and learn about America's past. The Junior Ranger Program is available upon request in the Park's Visitor Center, which is open everyday (except New Years' Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day) 8am to 5pm. The program consists of a booklet with 3 sections (DVD, Museum, & Trail). Children may complete 1 or all 3 sections to receive a Jr Ranger badge and certificate. There is also a few take home activities and a parent/ teacher answer sheet. There is no fee for the program or for groups to visit the Park. However, we do ask that you email or call the Park at (864) 543-4068 to let us know how many will be participating in the program so that we may have the booklets ready for your arrival.
