Solis and twelve colleagues wrote to Congressman Rangel, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means, and Congressman Levin, Chairman of the Trade Subcommittee, to renegotiate the US-Peru Free Trade Agreement to provide sufficient protections for Peru's diverse and unique ecosystem.
