Q: If I am having a problem with Medicare, who can I call for assistance? If you have questions related to Medicare or are experiencing a problem with Medicare, please contact the Boston Regional Office of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services at:
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) You may also wish to contact the Center for Medicare Advocacy, a non-profit organization that provides legal advice and representation to the elderly and people with disabilities who are unfairly denied Medicare coverage. The Center is staffed by attorneys and paralegals who provide legal advice, self-help materials, and representation. Additionally, the Center has a nurse on duty to provide any medical help or insight that is necessary. The Center's advice and written materials are free to all Connecticut residents.
