Transportation From highways to scenic byways, California’s roadways are highly traveled and must be properly maintained to ensure safety and easy transportation. Securing Interstate status for State Route 99 continues to be a high priority for me in Congress. I am also continuing to work with communities to ensure that projects, such as improving Friant Road in Fresno County, are sustained to better accommodate our growing population. Remember, better roads lead to better gas mileage, less pollution, and are easier on vehicles. Related Documents:
