I'll be in Washington all weekend. I've heard my constituents' concerns with this bailout loud and clear.
Good news for Blue Crabs, Watermen and the Bay: http://tinyurl.com/3sebwh
Yesterday's bill was a huge missed opportunity. I spoke about energy on the floor this morning and plan to speak again tomorrow.
We're still here fighting for a comprehensive energy package that will provide relief for Americans by using our own energy sources.
On the floor speaking against the latest "no energy" plan. No ANWR, no nuclear, no new refineries, no state incentives, but 19 Bil in taxes.
OPEC's decision to cut output is a clear demonstration of why we need to increase domestic energy production.
Congress comes back to DC today for the rest of the legislative session. I'm looking forward to voting on a comprehensive energy policy.
Earlier I was inspecting trucks in Stafford with the Sherriff's office; out of state trash is puting dangerous trucks on our roads.
Today I'm visiting the BAE Systems Norfolk ship yard.
Today I met with workers at the West Point Mill to discuss how energy prices are affecting their business.
Today I'm attending the opening of three new fire stations for fire companies 1, 4 and 10 in Spotsylvania County.

Busy day ahead. Looking forward to lots of meetings with constituents in our Tappahannock office.
It was the USS Truckee-- a Navy fleet oiler that was in service from 1955 to 1994.
On to meet with the Fire Chiefs at Hampton Roads. Energy is a big deal to these guys too -- high gas prices hurt their budgets.
I'll be out Wednesday morning celebrating the 75th ship to leave the James River Reserve Fleet.
@artitumis Thanks! Glad you were able to get on. We can't do anymore until after the blackout period, but I'll post info here when we do.
@notlarrysabato I started using twitter a few weeks ago and do plan to continue using it. It's a great tool.
@artitumis Apologies for the difficulty. Were you able to get on?
Just finished the call. Back to work in the Yorktown office. Thanks to everyone who joined.
