Raced at UNK on Saturday completed first 10K 43:23 8K within was 34:35ish not my best. |

A news update I am registered with the USA hockey of Minnesota and got a PR in the mile last Friday which is 6 minutes flat! |
This will be a cold race and I saw there is a blizzard in the Dakota's but I will PR for my first 10K but most of all I am going to PR in 8K |
Well got up @ 4:3 now the Cross Country team is traveling to Kareney, Nebraska for regionals! This race is a 10K a mile longer then an 8k |
