you're right @yannleroux, i'm very much on board with "do less," but i just launched a product so it's a busy time :)
thinking about how many coffees i'll have to drink today to get some more work done
... whether that's outsourcing, delegating, charging variable hourly rates (that's a big one), or paying for services, tools, help.
the mistake i was describing is: to fail to calculate the cost/benefits of time-saving stuff price vs hourly rate. pennywise, pound foolish
i am continuously surprised by people's lack of to understanding of simple economics when it comes to their freelance businesses

@josespinal bah, that 48hr idea is a load of crap. corps are massively inefficient NOT bcuz they baby workers, & lots of ppl have 2 jobs!
