@kevinhell NJ Star Ledger's Alan Sepinwall on Chuck (and all TV) http://sepinwall.blogspot.c...
Right now, Spitzer isn't looking all that bad
Happy Repeal Day! The 21st Amendment was ratified Dec. 5, 1933 to repeal the 18th Amendment and end prohibition. http://repealday.org/
Tired from staying up worrying that I'd poisoned myself with toxic chlorine gas by cleaning my bathroom with Clorox Cleanup and then Windex
Are there any fantasy football bonus points for your WR shooting himself in the leg?
Cartoon Network's float Rick rolls the Macy's parade. With Rick Astley himself. Nice.
@gruber iPhone 2.2 adds Google Maps street view. I've accomplished nothing today b/c of playing with street view after updating
@kevinhell If you can fit entire briefs or contracts into 140 characters each (without committing malpractice), that's a real twitter lawyer

Is it nap time yet? I wonder where I can find some business hammocks around here... http://xrl.us/oxt6k

Using geographically accurate maps instead of maps representing electoral votes under-represents the votes in small densely populated states
(to clarify, "the 3 term thing" is the NYC term limits extension that the Council passed and Bloomberg signed yesterday.)
Overheard at the polls: "We don't get to vote on the 3 term thing? I thought we were going to get to vote on that."
With these old lever machines, it feels like you're not just voting, but you're VOTING. Ker-chunk.
