Just waking up in Sarnen. Looks a bit misty so maybe we'll miss out on the scenery.
In Switzerland!
Indicators have stopped working along with the fans. It's happened before, but each time we fix it the parts get weaker. Near Strasbourg.
Half way across France. Car running OK (had to reattach alternator with cable ties) but GPS is broken :(
Waiting for the ferry at Dover. Follow me: http://map.breakmeup.co.uk
Things I'm loving; much security stuff less hassle on Linux. iPod works better (can play music stored on iPod) with RhythmBox than iTunes.
It took me nearly 2 hours to get home: normal route: http://tinyurl.com/623g7x today: http://tinyurl.com/6ypz4c eugh!
Things I'm missing: Quicksilver (gnome-launch-box doesn't quite do it), sane multiple monitor support, apple-~ window switching
Inadvertantly nuked the OS X partition on the MacBook Pro. Linux is actually a really nice place to be these days; might switch back
Our rally car is almost ready. Vote on the car theme and sponsor us: http://breakmeup.co.uk/
Fitted the refurbished alternator and finished off the brakes on the rally car. We now have electricity and brakes :) Almost ready for MOT.
Sore fingers from rediscovering my bass guitar.
/me is jealous of Geert

Remember kids; computer science can be *fun*.
On my way home in the rally car :o
