@MichaelMillman Though I don't recall (you'd have to say), what is the melting point of the Almonds? Melting is usually a standard challenge |
@MichaelMillman I'm not one for the cheeses too regularly, but the almond ones tend to be better of the mixture |
@JenWojcik That's great to buy local! More and more faults are entering into the feed, causing quality to be hard to guarantee |
@JenWojcik To tell you the truth though, a lot of allergies can be cleared with veganism, as they're often sparked by other foods |
@JenWojcik That's also why there are Almond and other types of cheeses available as well :) But I do agree it's a concern |
@JenWojcik Thats a problem in general (vegan aside). So long as you don't have a gluten allergy, you have a lot of options |
