@RebeccaLange Agreed re the maiden names... what interests me is why it's socially acceptable via Facebook, but much less so formally.
Observed: The Visa ad with the tissue paper, trampoline and two cars ad, and the Johnsonville Brats ad suggest it's ok for women to hit men.
Observed: More married women are using their maiden name as part of their Facebook name. So does this change the idea of "taking his name"?
