I found the article I was looking for about ending ids and jQuery: http://is.gd/bCjZ - you can do $(":asp('myId')"); Not sure that's simpler |
@Kizmar I saw client seletor. More reliable than end matching, but more complicated and requires that you change the control. |
@nbryan I know i can do $("*[id$='myId']") to match the ending, but seems like I saw a plugin that makes that easier. But I forget where. |
Is there a jQuery plugin to make selecting elements whose ids have been mangled by asp.net easier? |
@kirstinj The tree is a little more sparce than normal, and the non-breakable ornaments are near the bottom. Hopefully he won't pull it over |
