Make sure you carefully read the policies and procedures for both the Texas Medical and Dental Schools Application Service (TMDSAS) and the Office of Admissions and Outreach.

Texas Medical and Dental
Schools Application Service (TMDSAS) Online Application
All
applicants are required to complete the TMDSAS online application for medical
schools, which is available on their web site at www.utsystem.edu/tmdsas In
addition, applicants are required to submit official transcripts of all prior
college-level course work, scores from the Medical College Admission Test (see
below), evaluations from either the health professions advisory committee of the
college the applicant attended or from two individuals, photographs and any
other documentation that may be required to expedite your application.
Medical
College Admission Test (MCAT) Scores
Scores from the MCAT must be
submitted to the TMDSAS through the MCAT Test History (THx) System located on
the Association of American Medical Colleges web site. Applicants must select,
'Send All of My Scores' and indicate that they be sent to the TMDSAS, which is
located under the Application Service menu.
TCOM Secondary Application Due
by October 15, 2008
In addition to the TMDSAS application, all
applicants are required to submit a Secondary Application directly to TCOM. The
Secondary Application is available under 'HSC Guest' through the admissions
portal. Click here to go to the Secondary
Application.
For those applicants who did not submit either a health professions advisory committee evaluation or three letters of evaluation to TMDSAS, a third letter of evaluation may be sent as part of the application. This letter can be submitted to TMDSAS or to TCOM directly at the address below:
