ATTENTION: The Willis 24hr General Access Computer Lab Management is currently reviewing applications already received for the SPRING 2009 semester. Applicatins are no longer being accepted.
1. Lab Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) :(13-18 Positions- ALL FALL Positions Currently Filled, accepting applications for the SPRING 2009 Semester) This is a Tuition Waiver position.
Basic hardware troubleshooting. Assist & train patrons with PC use & software. Must be proficient with MS Office suite, EagleMail, and internet browsing. Should be familiar with the use of Library Electronic Resources. Monitor the usage & care of the lab facilities, check users in & out of the lab, administrative tasks, answer phone, run errands and other duties as assigned.
Must be a UNT student & have good language skills, easily understood when answering phones & greeting incoming guests. Must be organized; a team player; dependable; punctual; able to effectively deal with the public; and be able to work w/o constant supervision. Should be self-motivated and driven to learn and retain new skills. Good working knowledge of computers and software applications. Must be firm in following and enforcing policies & procedures. Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs. Knowledge of UNT campus helpful.
2. Office Assistant (Currently Filled):
This is a Work Study position.
Typing, computer entries, maintaining and filing office records, running campus errands and general office duties. Will answer & direct phone inquiries, some lifting of boxes and various other duties as assigned.

Must be organized; a team player; dependable; punctual; able to effectively deal with the public; and be able to work w/o constant supervision. Should be self-motivated and driven to learn and retain software skills. Good Working Knowledge of computers and software applications. Must be firm in following and enforcing policies & procedures.
