- Increase the number of citizens in Dallas and the North Texas region who hold bachelor's and master's degrees; and
- Implement programs and partnerships that will help to increase the high school graduation and college-going rates in these areas

Taking college full circle
For Leticia Trujillo, the next logical step after community college wasn't a huge university.
"I like the smaller class feel better than a huge university classroom," Trujillo says.
Trujillo, a Tarrant County College grad, is earning a bachelor's degree in business at the Dallas Campus.
"The Dallas Campus seemed more comfortable and was on a smaller scale. Plus, I work in Dallas, so I needed evening classes. I don't want to drive far in the evening from work to school to home," she says.
Leticia Trujillo is a Technical Analyst at Coca-Cola and lives in Grand Prairie, Texas.
