The SLIS General Access Computer Lab

The Graduate General Access Computer Lab has moved and changed its name!

Over the past month, the Graduate Lab has moved from its old location in the Information Sciences Building Room 205C to our new spacious location at Discovery Park, Room B205.  Our name change is due to the lab now serving not only graduate students, but undergraduates as well.

If you are a graduate student and miss the quite work spaces we provided, you will love our new lab.  It has more workstations, more space to work, more printers, and happy staff to help you complete that Thesis or Dissertation.  So, come on out to Discovery Park and see us.

If you are an undergraduate student, come visit our lab, and see what you've been missing.

Our lab features software that most graduate and undergraduate students may need.  For example, we have SAS, SPSS, MatLab, Visual Studio 2008, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 2007.  It also has several high-speed laser printer and photo-quality color printers.

Any students with a valid University of North Texas ID card may use this lab. The lab operates on a first come, first serve basis. No reservations will be made for single users.
