@sanjay yea, that's how Weight Watchers works. This app has a pretty good database of food in it so it calculates daily calories accurately. |
@sanjay I'm doing Quick Weight Loss. But what's really helping is the "Lose It!" iPhone app... daily log of calories, weight, exercise. |
