@MarkPalony it was ok. :>) Christopher Barger from GM was really terrific - but no matter what GM does, they're dust
@AmandaMooney i love that song! now you have me downloading nina simone songs like crazy
@imrananwar RT while speaking is rude to both audiences IMO, but Guiliani takes the rudeness cake
@MarkPalony umm, hmmm. i was a speaker too, but couldn't tweet while presenting, sadly. :>)
@RobertJRicci moving past fear of social media will take corporations a loooong time. especially in this economy me thinks
Mike Prosceno, SAP "barrier to social media participation is middle management who occupy the seat where change causes the most pain."
Mike Prosceno, SAP "Luckily the business community has moved past hostility to social media."
@chrisbechtel @armano wow, if ever there was a club i wouldn't want to be in, the Low Back Pain Club is one. the start of an epidemic?
Mike Prosceno, SAP speaking at Getting Real About Social Media, but sounding unbelievably corporate and full of corp buzzwords. sigh
aha! GM uses @GMBlogs on twitter. i NEVER would have looked for them or found them that way!
Christopher Barger - wonders if maybe it's a little bit corporate to use the blog name and not the names of people like ford's @scottmonty
@Daria that's it in a nutshell! GM and a lot of other companies simply haven't been listening while the world has changed
GM - "we're using twitter to answer questions as well as to put out information. .. way to early to determine if we'll b successful"
Christopher Barger of GM says "there is no tomorrow" - changing of minds has to happen now
participating in webinar w/GM and SAP - if GM had done for the past 5 yrs what they are doing now, they might not be in this mess. too late?
@JoodyC goodness, "branded generic" - the pharmaceuticals industry is so broken. will ask!
forgot to say - the pharmacist called to ask that question - above and beyond IMO.
wow! good CRM from pharmacy - "do you want the $7 generic or the $60 brand name co-pay?" he said they're exactly the same.
