At Zankel waiting for Rance. I thought Mormons had a better sense of punctuality.
@grobie I'm really looking forward to how Season 3 is going to start off, regardless of which of the "rumors" are true.
Anyone else heading to Carnegie/Zankel Hall tonight for the Bernstein program?
And the Time-Warner Center needed a "Gridlock Alert" of its own this afternoon. I don't think I've ever seen that long a line in Border's.
For Bouchon Bakery fans, the current seasonal macaron flavors are: pistachio, gingerbread and cinnamon.
What a strangely beautiful movie: "Un Conte de Noel".
@pianoboy Trust me I'm right there w/you. I had to brave Rock Center yesterday to get to American Girl: moms, daughters, dolls and cameras.
Loved "Frost/Nixon". Langella and Sheen can do no wrong AGAIN. Surprisingly moving and emotional - just like the original play.
@grobie @pianoboy Does anyone in NYC screen "Dark Side" with "Oz"? Loved the midnight shows in Richmond at The Byrd. -Or was that The Wall?
@pianoboy Ah, that's right, it's SantaCon.com time! Maybe they're going to see a show today? ;)
And I believe I may the youngest person in the movie theater this morning, at the very least pulling down the median age.
The movie blitz continues in ten minutes with "Frost/Nixon" - another 10:00am screening, another stage-to-screener.
@pianoboy Gotta love those Gridlock Alert Days. Or not. But just remember, you have a big ole day off coming up & an opening night party too
Only because the original link is no longer working - The Tree: http://twitpic.com/sess
RT - @DavisSimon Visa CEO loses his credit cards. Sorry for him, but funny though. http://is.gd/bdTQ
@harlowe Ha! I took the same pic tonight too! ;) -So, was this your first time at the Rock Tree?
A perfect night to be on the ice (well, not me) http://twitpic.com/sdhv
One more thing: I wish companies would stop revealing major(?) plot points in the movie trailers and commercials. "Oh, I remember that.."
I was sort of hoping for a cry- fest during "The Reader", alas, all I got was a very good, very moody movie.
