Damn, I'm soooo gonna be up at least 2 pounds tomorrow. Part yesterday's food catching up, part no exercise, part today's food. Le sigh.
Ate out with family. Ate too much. Now no gym. Gonna try and do an ab workout later though.
Productivity day DONE. 9 emails, 5 late reminders, 0 tasks. Phew! Now dinner and to the gym and packing for trip tomorrow night to SES CHI!
Current productivity status: 13 emails, 7 late reminders, 0 tasks. Gotta get emails down to 10 and late reminders to 5 before gym.
@sheasylvia - uh huh, which is why I made it clear to her that I'm quite married. But she's in HIGH SCHOOL... School project maybe?

@andrea_r - my best tip for ellipticals/treadmills: exercise while you watch TV @ night. It gives you an "on/off" interval and is easier :-)

After today I need to perform a pushup exhaustion test. If I manage more than 25 I'll be up one "level" in my pushup training. Fingers X'd!
Gonna go see The Secret Life of Bees later today, I think, as my mid-day pause. Next up: Week 2 Day 3 of Hundred Pushup Challenge.
