Private Certification is required for all applicators who apply Restricted Use Pesticides to their own land or sites for the production of agricultural commodities.
 Workshops (recertification only) were held during Jan-Feb 2008. No more are scheduled for 2008.
On-line exam (new and recertification) was available through October 31, 2008.
2009 on-line exam available here sortly after January 1, 2009.
Mail-in exam (new and recertification) packets and the study manual no longer available at county extension offices. To obtain 2008 certification/recertification exams must be post marked no later than October 31, 2008.
2009 mail-in exams will be available in coutny extension offices shortly after January 1, 2009.

Private Applicator Fumigation Endorsement:
Farmers and other private applicators are required to have the Private Applicator Fumigation Endorsement on their Private Applicator Certification to purchase and apply fumigants.
