Androsace chamaejasme var. carinata
- Synonym: A. lehmanniana
- Similar Species: Androsace septentrionalis is a taprooted annual with branched flowering stems and small flowers.
- Flowering/Fruiting Period: May-July.
- Distribution: Alaska and W Canada south to Colorado. Occurs in the Absaroka, Owl Creek, and Wind River mountains in Wyoming.
- Habitat: Montane rock crevices and rocky soils derived from limestone dolomite. May occur in clearings or beneath shrub cover in leaf litter. El 8500-10,800 ft.
