Description: A good compendium of FHWA's drainage guidance of that period. A solid historical basis for FHWA's drainage guidance. Some policy related issues covered. However, construction guidance provided here was updated in FHWA-IF-01-014. Much of the drainage guidance was retained in NHI Course 131026 published in 1999 along with more up to date information.
