•    Participates in FHWA Quality Assurance Reviews.

•    Served as an Area Engineer, Construction Engineer and Materials Engineer specializing in implementing Superpave and Quality. Assurance specifications in the Kansas Division Office.

•    Developed training on asphalt specifications and quality assurance and conducted certification training for State and contractor staff while serving as the Materials Engineer in Division Office.

•    Lead the development of one-day FHWA Basic Percent Within Limits (PWL) Workshop that is scheduled to be presented more than ten times during 2006.

•    Organized area-wide conferences for FHWA Midwest Pavement and Materials Engineers.

•    Conducted reviews of Quality Assurance programs in various States and provided recommendations for improvements.
