AGENCY: U.S. Army, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces that, unless there is 
objection, in sixty days it will grant an Exclusive license to 
Chancepts, Limited,

LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina, on U.S. Army Patent 5,099,764 issued 
on March 31, 1992 entitled ``Propulsion Unit Fireable From An 
Enclosure'' by Malcolm K. Dale, et al., based upon Serial No. 709,908 
filed May 30, 1991, Army Docket No. DAR 34-90.
