Take notice that on May 26, 1999, Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation (Texas Eastern), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Sixth Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to be effective July 1, 1999: Third Revised Sheet No. 430 Original Sheet No. 682 Sheet Nos. 683-699 Texas Eastern states that the purpose of this filing is to set forth in its tariff the specific types of discounts that Texas Eastern may agree to enter into with its shippers. Texas Eastern states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all affected customers and state regulatory commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
