•    Serve as ITS / Operations Engineer; responsible for implementation of the FHWA ITS program in Oregon. •    Provide technical expertise in transportation system management and operations to customers in Oregon and nationwide. •    Participated in 2 month rotational assignment with FHWA HQ working with the ICM program. •    Deployed for the Florida hurricanes (2004) and Louisiana hurricanes (2005) and Southern California Wildfires (2007) to assist in the emergency response and recovery efforts as part of the ESF-1 team. •    Past work assignments include; Tennessee Division, FHWA HQ Office of Operations, Special Assignment in Minnesota DOT TOC, former FHWA Region 10 Office, and City of Portland Oregon Traffic Operations Section.
