Included is a "Congestion Reduction Toolbox," which provides links to tools for 1) Improving Service on Existing Roads; 2) Pricing; 3) Add Capacity; 4) Better Work Zones; 5) Travel Options, and 6) Traveler Information. The Web site also includes links to congestion reduction activities and toolboxes for each state.
