Future
When implemented this function will allow the user to search for components of one type or across multiple types. For example:
- All web services that are related to identity access management
- All components, of any type, that have the word “time” in the description
- All XML schemas that support an area of interest, such as Air, Water, or Waste
The result of a search query will be a table or list of items with their attributes. The attributes may include information such as:
- An extended description
- Use instructions
- Point of contact
- Reviews
- Lessons learned
Depending on the types of components, some lists may be displayed in a tree structure. In addition, downloading and other functions will eventually be available.
The availability of many of these services is planned for 2009.
