Navy Rear Adm. David L. Brewer III for appointment to the rank of vice admiral while serving as commander, Military Sealift Command, Washington, D.C.
Navy Rear Adm. Lowell E. Jacoby for appointment to the rank of vice admiral and assignment as director, Defense Intelligence Agency, Washington, D.C. Jacoby is currently serving as acting director, Defense Intelligence Agency, Washington, D.C.
